What type of cashmere are the wraps made from?
Red Twist cashmere wraps are made from 100% pure cashmere, meaning there is no manmade wool added into it. This insures that your cashmere stays soft and will not pull out of shape. Its thread is two-ply, which prevents pilling, and makes the garment stronger and warmer.

How heavy is the wrap?
The cashmere is a two-ply weave of 100% pure cashmere, so it is incredibly soft and warm without being bulky or heavy. The wraps weigh only 13 ounces.
Is the wrap truly one size fits all?
We have been meticulous in our development of a wrap that can fit most people. There is a lot of cashmere involved, so no matter your size, it can wrap properly. If you would like to check before ordering, following are the measurements of the wrap:
Sleeve length – 25 inches/63 centimeters
Length of back from neck to waist- 21 inches/53 centimeters
How should I care for my wrap?
Red Twist recommends washing on a delicate cycle in cool water and laying flat to dry or dry cleaning. We also recommend storing it folded flat.
Why the Josephine Charles Foundation?
In China, many girls are discriminated against and hold very little value in a society that chooses to invest its future in its sons. There is a marked imbalance between the number of boys and girls still in school by grade six. By this time, many of the girls have been removed because they are expected to work in the fields, look after animals, help in the home or care for younger siblings. Many of these girls are academically able and given the opportunity would create a brighter future for themselves and their families.
In 2003, the Foundation established a Sponsorship Program. This program allows an individual to sponsor children from particularly poor or deprived communities thereby providing the funds needed for the child to remain at school. Through education, the children develop new skills, which enable them to make decisions that can influence community change, especially in the key areas of education, health, finances and the legal status of women.
